Unlocking Potential Through Behaviour Support
Through a person-centered approach, our Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans and strategies aims to lessen problematic behaviours and enhance quality of life. In order to help you live the best possible life, our experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners will collaborate closely with you, your family, carers, and support systems to create intervention plans and techniques.
We can support you in strengthening your social and communication skills, as well as your mental and physical health, adaptability, and resilience. We can also help you get ready for job, school, or other social situations. We at Vitality Community Care think that using a multidisciplinary approach is crucial. For a comprehensive service centred on your needs, the NDIS Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner will collaborate closely with your other support providers, including an Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist, Physiotherapist, and Exercise Physiologist.
